Crawling, 1st Tooth, Bicycle and Baseball

So, we haven't been too busy around here, that's why I haven't posted in a while...just loving being outside and playing with the kids!! Very fun to get out and enjoy the nice weather...

We did have some milestones from Mr Evan...he started crawling!! WOOHOO :) He will get up on all four and just rock, but he does a really good "army" crawl, so anyway you look at it, he is mobile now!! YIKES!! And he also got his 1st tooth, last Saturday it finally poked through! He has been kinda crabby about it (but who wouldn't be)...and he has also is working on that second one now, it is about to pop through those gums too, so he is on his way to a mouth full!! and to being a "table food" eater!!

Ashley Jo got a new bicylce! A big girl Barbie bike! and she LOVES it:) She rides it like she has been riding one forever....she is such a big girl! She catches on so quickly to things, it really just amazes us and makes us so proud of her:) She also got to visit her preschool room last week, she gets to start in August and is SO excited about it...I just know she will love it and will do great, but can't she just slow down a little bit...!!!!

Ayden and Elliott got new bats and wiffle balls, so that they can start practicing the hitting aspect of baseball!! They LOVE it!! They are both so cute standing there getting ready to hit the ball...and HIT IT they do...man they both can take a whack at those balls and hit them hard!! They both are hitting left handed too! crazy:) but makes Chris happy!!! If he has his way, they are both on their way to the Major Leagues!! :) we will just have to wait and see and hope they learn the fundamentals first!! HA!! They also got to see their new preschool room last week, and are very happy to be going to the big kids room and having Ashley be in "their old room"! Oh boys!!

So that's about it! We have a busy weekend coming up with Ellie's 1st Communion, so I am sure we will have plenty more pictures to post next week!! Everyone have a great weekend...

Easter 2010

We traveled this Easter to visit Grandpa and Grandma Schrunk...it was a rough winter, so we hadn't been over there in a while, so it was a much needed trip...The kids had an awesome time playing with G & G and also playing with all their cousins!! It was great to spend some time with family:) We all had a blast...we colored Easter eggs, had an Easter egg hunt, ate some yummy food!! The Easter bunny also found us over in Dubuque and brought the kids movies, baseball gloves and baseballs, books and of course candy!! We had a great trip and LOTS of FUN!!
